Dementia Friendly Communities Project

The Dementia Friendly Communities project for Cardiff and the Vale commits to being Carer Friendly. It will achieve this by identifying unpaid carers as part of interactions with service users, volunteers and partners based within Cardiff and the Vale, signposting them to available forms of support and raising awareness of their needs locally.
