At the Vale Learning Disability Complex Needs Day Service, we recognise that carers play a vital role in supporting people with a variety of needs. The Service is committed to working in partnership with peoples’ carers to provide high quality, person-centred, community based opportunities for all.
We will take time to listen, build trusting relationships, and ensure carers feel welcomed, respected, and Involved while always keeping the individual’s needs, preferences and goals at the heart of everything we do.
We aim to communicate openly and consistently, valuing the unique knowledge carers bring and involving them in planning and decision making where appropriate.
