Young Onset Dementia Service – Barry Hospital

We will continue to support unpaid carers of our patients, and aim to be more aware of unpaid carers within our team.
We recognise that caring is an important issue that affects our staff, volunteers and clients and that carers play a vital role within our communities. We commit to ensuring that all staff and volunteers are aware of unpaid carers, the issues they face and the support available to them locally. We commit to ensuring that carers are valued, listened to and supported within our service.
